I went with Artillery and "By Inheritance" A great Danish thrash band that didn't get all the credit they deserves although they were fairly well known in Europe.

Annihilator and Testament would be second!

Btw. what does "slim pickings" mean?

My vote would be for Nirvana - Bleach

    .......NOT!!!! LOL!!!

Actually, I am going with other on this one. Skid Row - Skid Row
I believe one of the best Pop Metal acts. Didn't think much of them after this release, but this one wasn't half bad for the genre'.

OTHER - Lord Tracy: Deaf Gods Of Babylon. This album has it all, hard rock, metal, humor and a ballad to make women swoon. And they rock live, I got to see them in 90-91.

Thank you I thought it meant something like that but wasn't sure - the metal crowd is hard to please, but when I can forget an album such as Sepulturas I fully accept the critisism

Normal is getting dressed in clothes that you buy for work and driving through traffic in a car that you are still paying for - in order to get to the job you need to pay for the clothes and the car, and the house you leave vacant all day so you can afford to live in it.
