Re: Songs You Can Listen To Over And Over

ok, I can safely say this song breaks the record for me of songs I can listen to repeatedly.
'...and it's love and darkness and my sidearm...
    hey, elan...
here we now are going to the southside...'

it's probably a combination of Gwen Stefani's voice with Mobys and the hypnotic music. There's more Moby on the way in the mail. Curiousity killed the cat..

I can hear "Fight For Your Right To Party" by Beastie Boys ten times a day and still have fun with it! LOL

Most Kiss songs are ones that play over in my head and I'm not sick of them..

Here's a shocker.. Roem knows this... "Something About You" by Level 42 that song always makes me feel good! The bassline is just so awesome!

Re: Songs You Can Listen To Over And Over

I've been noticing I've been listening to "Breathe" by Midge Ure a lot lately. That's such a cool song.
Some other songs I've been listening to over and over lately are.

    Greenman - XTC
    Mermaid Smile - XTC
Call of the Wild - Ultravox
A Certain Smile - Midge Ure
    My Immortal - Evenesence (sp)
    Gypsy - Fleetwood Mac
Such a Shame - Talk Talk
    Silly Love Songs - Wings
    Waterfalls - Paul McCartney
    Honey, Honey - ABBA
Your a Little In Love - Cliff Richard
    Stay - Shakespear's Sister
How Soon is Now? - The Smiths

Oh and Tina, I LOVE "Something About You" too, and the bassline does kick ass. Mark King (bassist/vocalist for Level 42) is a very underrated bass player.

I'm with you and everyone else that said there were too many to mention. There's so much good stuff out there, especially 80s that it would be rediculous for me to even try.
I could write a novel on the stuff I love. :lol
