1988ish house compilation....trying to trace track.

I'm trying to locate a track from the late 80s.
I've been googling wildly and not come up with anything.

First of all, the track came on a late 80s dance/house compilation that was available in the UK. It had a load of chicago house plus UK pop tracks that had been reworked into the house swing style of the time.

I remember two tracks from it....
Rick Astley - Together forever (house of love remix)
Jellybean Benitz - Jingo (I think)

Discogs and google have not brought any decent results on this.

Anyway, the track I want had a vocal sample which sounded to me like
    "umbala"
it was repeated and alternated in pitch. No google results on this either.

There's got to be some clues on this!
