Favorite Duran Duran Side Project in the '80s

What was your favorite side project band of Duran Duran members in the eighties? Was it the more rocking sounds of Andy Taylor and John Taylor in The Powerstation? Maybe it was Simon Le Bon, Nick Rhodes, & Roger Taylor's more synth driven Arcadia?

I guess out of all the songs I know by Duran Duran off shoots, Arcadia's "Election day" would be my favorite. Not a big fan of Robert Palmer so Power Station is out. Andy Taylor had a good solo song and not too familiar with any others. Oh wait, John Taylor did the 9 1/2 weeks song (or whatever the movie was). I think I will stick with Duran Duran as a group.

I pretty much echo DJDaffy herer, not a fan of Rober Palmer so Power Station didnt interest me. Election Day is the highlight of Arcadia for me too.

I'm casting my vote for The Power Station. I think that was a great album of 80s pop. When you get into the deep cuts on there, there's some good stuff. I'm partial to "Go To Zero" and their cover of "Harvest For The World".
