I imagine that the song is from the 80's. It's a slow r&b/pop song sung by a female singer with a voice some similar to Mariah Carey or another African/American female singers.

I listened to this song on the radio when I was a child!. It does not sound currently!.

The key signature of the song is in EMajor, but near the ending it modulates to F# Major!!!.

I think it's mostly difficult because we don't even know if it's an 80s song for sure. If we did, maybe we could figure out whether it was early 80s or late 80s. Or, perhaps, early 90s - as most music at that point still had a very 80s feel to it...
