Lots of goodies on the list, some of mine are repeats. "I Remember You" is a damn good one.

"Too Late for Love" Def Leppard
    "Two Steps Behind" Def Leppard
    "Is This Love" Whitesnake
    "What About Love" Heart
    "Be with You" Mr. Big

I'm sure there's some more really good ones I can't think of right now.

I'm sorry. I just can't answer this one.. I like just about every power ballad mentioned in this thread. These are my favorite kinds of rock songs. I guess it's because I'm a big fan of Freestyle Dance... Don't get me wrong, I love a good, energetic rock or metal song.. But the ballads are what really get my attention. Maybe it's because there's so much more feeling involved...

Anyways.. A few right off the top of my head would be:

Whitesnake: Is This Love, Crying in the Rain, Here I Go Again
    Warrant: Heaven
Skid Row: I Remember You, 18 and Life
    Bonham: Wait For You
    Extreme: More Than Words
Motley Crue: Without You, Home Sweet Home
Metallica (yes, strange: Fade To Black)
Def Leppard: Love Bites, Have You Ever Needed Someone So Bad
Bon Jovi: I'll Be There For You, Always, Never Say Goodbye
Poison: Something To Believe In, Every Rose Has It's Thorn, Life Goes On
Cinderella: Coming Home, Nobody's Fool, Don't KNow What You've Got
    Damn Yankees: High Enough
    Europe: Carrie
Firehouse: When I Look Into Your Eyes, Love of a Lifetime
Great White: Save Your Love, The Angel Song
    Guns n' Roses: November Rain
    Kix: Don't Close Your Eyes
LA Guns: The Ballad of Jane
Mr. Big: To Be With You
    Ratt: Givin' Yourself Away
Saigon Kick: Love Is On The Way
    Scorpions: Winds of Change
    Tesla: Love Song
White Lion: When The Children Cry, Wait
Winger: Miles Away, Headed for a Heartbreak

...as a matter of fact.. I just named about all my favorites.. If I've forgotten any - please let me know about it or 'em! heh

Sal, I don't think you could have forgotten any! Great list, I like just about every song you mentioned.

What about Guns 'N Roses - "Don't Cry"? I don't think it was mentioned. That's a great song.

I'm not familiar with, "Don't Cry". Which album is that from? Oh, and I forget what Fly to the Angels sounds like too. I'll have to give it a listen...

"Don't Cry" is from the album Use Your Illusion 1. There is also an alternate lyrics version on Use Your Illusion 2. You should check it out - it's really a great song. On backup vocals is the lead singer of Blind Melon.
