    Kiss-Destroyer Vs Revenge

Which Album Do You Think Is Better, The Almighty Destroyer Or The Highly Underrated Revenge??

    Cool

I will go with "Revenge". The song "Domino" has always been one of my favorites from Kiss. This is one of their better albums, imho.

PJ!!!! How are you sweetie?! My stalkee is back! Be ready to be stalked!

Okay.. back to the topic at hand!!! Destroyer kicked Revenge's ass! Sorry guys, but there are only one or two likable songs on Revenge in my book... but I love all of Destroyer... Let's face it, it's classic KISS.. who can argue with that?

I gotta say Destroyer... That's KISS in their prime.

Revenge is a good album but not as good.

Nice to see ya back PJ!

I think Destroyer is the best, problebly because it was the first KISS album I got. Nothing beats classic KISS though.

Destroyer by far. I was blown away when I first heard "Detroit Rock City". I waited for weeks for that album to come out, and when it did I lost my mind....their best album by a mile.

Destroyer by a long shot. However, I think Creatures of the Night is their best effort.

"Destroyer" in a landslide. "Creatures...", "Revenge", "Lick it Up"... all good, but "Destroyer" is their best studio album.

C'mon, people, Revenge was the best! Yeah, old school Kiss is always better 9 times out of 10, but Revenge had that old school feeling with better production, songwriting and musicianship all around....Bob Ezrin took the band to a new level in comparison to the other 80's and 90's Kiss albums.....Too bad they dropped the ball with the follow up, "Carnival Of Souls"....Even after seeing the reunion tour with P,G,A & P, I still really miss Bruce and Eric Singer, and Eric Carr even more so...

    Peace,

    DESTROYER

    I stay with Destroyer...

nothing can compare to 70s Kiss.

I just finished reading Gene Simmons book, very interesting things... good & bad. It finally sheds a lot of light on who played what back then to answer some of the rumors every Kiss fan heard.

Actually the new boxed set is worth every cent as well... could had a few more unreleased stuff, but hey who am I but a fan right?

Revenge is a good album, Unholy being one of my favorite "new" Kiss tunes.

Carnival of Souls was good too but they chose not to do anything with it for over a year before they released it (thank the metal gods for bootlegs). I kinda compare that album to the Elder in one aspect only... it's different for Kiss. It's also good.

I went with REVENGE. I saw them on that tour. Bruce Kulick is so underrated its really sad, and Eric Singer may have been the best drummer they ever had (and I am a HUGE E.C. fan). But if you look at the Destroyer cd, besides DRC I dont really care for many songs. Flaming Youth sucked, as did Do You Love Me. Oh wait, I fogot GOD OF THUNDER is on there. That rocks, but it doesnt make up for great expectations, I mean, a childrens choir sining backup? Please!
Give me UNHOLY turned up to 10 over DRC any day!
