    Thumbs down Urban Legend 2

Maybe it was just me.....(couldn't be! ) But, this movie totally blew! I liked the first one, and I expected more from the second one. I at LEAST expected half-way decent acting! The best part was the ending.

I agree the best part was the ending, like when the credits were rolling and I didn't have to watch anymore ,the 90's era type horror movies were(and are)some of the worst I've ever had the displeasure to see.

I didn't even bother with this one...now that I hear the reviews, I'm glad I didn't The first one was ok...nothing spectacular.

Sequels very rarely live up to the originals...

I agree myst. The best part of the movie was when Rebecca Gayheart made her cameo appearance. Other than that, it was a pretty pathetic movie.

I haven't seen this one. I guess after reading this I won't. I liked the first one though.

The first one was pretty good. This one though seemed like they just rehashed the same plot with no new twists.

I hated the first one too,I'm a horror movie purist,so I was pre-destined to hate it.

Yah! I miss the original Jason movies. They were pretty good up until maybe the 3rd or 4th in the series.

Even the goofiest friday the 13th was better than all the 90's horror crap,I hated it all, especially the scream series.

Cheap remakes of Friday the 13th or Halloween. Not worth my time to watch!

Ah,what I wouldn't give for a decent modern horror movie. The worst blasphemy was the House on Haunted Hill remake. You just can't remake a Vincent Price classic,it just shouldn't be done.

In its defense though, it did have Bridgette Wilson in it. She definitely made up for shortcomings it may have had...

I miss all of the horror flicks we had, too...
I wasn't even interested in seeing either of the Urban Legends... and since your reviews... I won't bother now

My all time favorite scary movie is of course "The Exorcist" , even though it was 70's.. we watched it everytime it would come on t.v. when I was a kid.. I was so horrified and my big sister would always make me watch it... (I say "make" because she would always watch it, and I was too afraid to go to my room and be alone.. so I sat out there and many times plugged my ears throughout the entire movie)
Now THAT'S what a scary movie is all about!! And I always thought my bed was going to start shaking...

Now that I am older.. I made sure to get a copy of the new edition "Version You've Never Seen" so that I can watch it periodically again... still pretty terrifying... but since I have seen it so often, I know when to close my eyes he he he heh
