Although, the best Queen was in the 70's. Their first four albums cannot be touched. Pure genius.
I voted for Radio GaGa as well...
I think my favorite Queen song is "You're My Best Friend"

6-11-02, 09:09 AM #22but there is a song I cant think of that I really like. Its from a movie, I think Iron eagle or something like that. Maybe someone can help me out with this.
This was a tough one. I really like Hammer to Fall.
Is it accurate to say Queen was 10x more popular in Europe during the 80s than in the U.S.? Before I really got into them, the last hit I knew of was Radio Ga-Ga in...83??? And that was only because it had a video on MTV.

I voted for Other and One Year Of Love from the Highlander soundtrack. Simply because "One year of love is better than a lifetime alone"
I voted for Radio Ga Ga, but One year of love is a really good song too.

A lot of great songs, from one of the best bands out there back then. I voted for "I want to break free".
Sadly "Under pressure" was ruined for me, when Vanilla Ice sampled some of it for his dreadful "Ice ice baby"Can't listen to UP now without thinking of that rapper wannabee
Hope he's gonna meet the
for this

Had to go with the "Flash Gordon" theme song. Never knew this song was performed by Queen (now I do
). Queen has come up with some good songs for the movies, whether it be a theme song or just a song off the soundtrack

Another One Bites The Dust. Mainly because my son loved the rhythm to that and We Will Rock You so much that he'd jump up and run to the radio whenever we played them.
You'd like to think so, wouldn't you?
I don't know. I lost my psychic abilities when they stole my superhero powers.

'Radio Ga Ga' is the best. I also liked 'One Vision', I think that was from the movie 'Iron Eagles'.
I like that song too because of it's electronic stuff. But I never understood the lyrics.

Man had always thought he was much more intelligent than dolphins because he had built so many things and accomplished so much while dolphins just spent all of their time playing and mucking about in the water. Ironically, dolphins thought they were more intelligent for exactly the same reasons.

My fave is not among the list, ONE VISION. I go crazy when I hear that song. Second would have to be Under Pressure. But I love all of their songs, Freddie had such a voice!
I will buy Live Aid on DVD just for their performance.~*DIANE*~
